SUGGESTION  PERIOD OF TIME TO WEAR:

7.00 am - 10.00 am 1 insert
10.00 am - 1.00 pm 1 insert
1.00 pm - 4.00 pm 1 insert
4.00 pm - 8.00 pm 1 insert
8.00 pm - 12.00 pm 2 insert
12.00 pm - 2.00 am 2 insert
2.00 am - 7.00 am 2 insert

So, if the baby wearing CD as according to the above suggestion period, there will be 6 pocket pants 8 insert to be wear per day. However, it depends on how frequent your baby "pee" or "poops". Normally, for babies below 4 or 3 months they might need more than 6 pocket pants per day.
